Chicago Style Pizza
November 30th, 2006I have a friend who lives near Chicago, and she tells me there is nothing like a Chicago pizza. Not just any pizza can be called Chicago pizza however; there is a special way it is made. In the simplest terms, this type of pizza is deep dish. When I say deep dish, I’m not talking about the stuff Pizza Hut calls deep dish, I mean really deep! The flat New York style pizza is what some consider the opposite, and you may find people arguing over which style is truly the best pizza. If you are a pizza lover, you can decide for yourself.
