Fishing For Exercise?
While the sport of fishing may not give you a tremendous workout, there is no doubt that fishing is good for you. Many fishermen regularly take the time to head out to a river, lake or even out on the sea to enjoy the day waiting for the fish to bite. This does give them some exercise, but more importantly, it can put work into its place. The cares and worries of the work week cease to worry them, and they get back from their fishing trip with renewed energy to deal with the next week of work.
Change is good for us all, and while we might not all be able to afford to go fishing, we can always watch some interesting fishing videos online. See what whoppers people have caught, and hear about the big fish that got away. It’s a good way to relax for a few minutes, but not during your day at work!
