Travel Missouri with the guide
March 5th, 2008If you are going to travel around the state of Missouri you really need to pick up a copy of the Missouri travel guide. In that small booklet you will find a wealth of information about the state and the things to see and do here. There are many attractions that are pointed out that you would miss if you didn’t know about them, such as the largest collection of electric pole insulators in the world. Really, wouldn’t you just kick yourself if you were close to that one and missed it? I know I would. Of course there is a whole section dedicated to Branson, the one town in Missouri built almost completely with tourism dollars. There is also an entire section based on the Ozark mountain area, one of the most spectacular places in the world. Of course all the lakes can’t be mentioned as there are too many but there is quite a bit on Table Rock Lake and the surrounding area. It will show you where the best fishing spots are and where you are likely to see a rock concert. All in all it is a well put together representation of what the state of Missouri has to offer.
