It seems that the treatment you get as a coach passenger is okay most of the time, but it has declined some over the years. When you call the airline company the coach passenger will get an automated voice mail system while those who are traveling in first-class will get a real live person to speak with. They will also get a nice luxurious lounge while they wait at the airport for their flight. It seems that the dermatologist skin care department treats the real genuine skin care patient as second class. These patients normally discover that it is a bit harder to get an appointment. Also, often times there may or may not be a proper receptionist for pre-treatment counseling. The patient usually does not get to spend as much time with the dermatologist doctor. They sometimes have a hard time trying to schedule another appointment with the dermatologist office. It seems that the people who come in for a serious skin problem have to wait in line with everyone else who comes in the dermatology clinic even if it’s someone with hair dandruff. On the other hand, these second class patients get to sit and watch as the first class patients are moved to the front of the line.
