The Necessity of a Good Travel Insurance
Is good travel insurance a necessity or an extravagance? Why not cut a few corners here and there. Why acquire something if it’s not really needed? My own answer is, of course, that I am not independently rich and can’t withstand the potential financial cuts I would incur if I have to have medical care while I’m going. Did you know that if you get unwell or are injured on a trip abroad, your medical plan may not cover all the costs you will incur? If the cost of treatment is higher than the maximums of your medical plan, you will be the culprit for the difference, unless you previously purchased a good travel insurance.
