He was born in 1975 in Bakersfield, California and developed an interest in go karting whilst a child. He subsequently competed on the go-kart circuit for ten years, winning seven National Championships.

California is a very cosmopolitan society and draws strength from its different communities. People are outward looking and the rest of the world is caught up in the music and movie industries that are based there. Popular music has a long legacy here, from the surf sound of the Beach Boys to the bands of today. Hollywood films are the most successful export. The movie studios turned Hollywood from a sleepy village to one of the most famous places in California history.

The main association with the city of Anaheim, California is, of course, Disneyland! However, Anaheim California has much more to offer in attractions and amenities, or in living environment specifics, all of which seem to contribute to the youthfulness of the area and of the people there. So, how do you find these California beach vacation rentals with little effort and even fewer lies? Go to Craigslist and look in the HOUSING section. See? That’s pretty deceptive a category, for most of us would interpret it to mean places to “house� yourself for longer than a dip in the sea. Anyway, type in a minimum and maximum dollar amount, say 100.00 to 300.00.

The state of California has many towns that are important to the economy and culture of the state. Situated in the Sacramento Valley of Butte County, Chico California is an important industrial and educational center. The Sierra Nevada Brewery is just one of the companies based here and the city is also the site for the California State University. The University is famous for its arboretum on campus, which contains trees and plant species from all over the world.

The park is divided into various themed areas with the Sleeping Beauty Castle standing majestically in the center. Disneyland California is known as the Magic Kingdom and it’s easy to see why. There may be long queues for the rides and attractions but they are more than worth it. A railroad circles the entire park, which is very popular with the kids. There are so many exciting things to do and to see; the only problem is choosing which to go for. In addition to the attractions, there are shops, restaurants, live shows, parades and fireworks displays.

As for me, I will only visit the California coast. Sure, like many others, I do want to see the beautiful Pacific coastline, but I simply can’t fathom decreasing my quality of living for a particular climate. Especially since fall is my favorite season and I love to get snow in the winter. Just a few things to consider if you’re dreaming of the California coast and all its palm trees. Don’t expect to see the four seasons.

The city is famous for its former, federal prison on Alcatraz Island. Known as The Rock, it housed some of the most dangerous and infamous criminals in the land from 1934. It was a formidable place, a kind of fortress in the Bay, until it was closed in 1969. The public is welcome to visit during a San Francisco vacation and can reach there by catching a ferry from Fisherman’s Wharf. Former prisoners there include the racketeer, Al Capone and Robert Stroud, more familiar as the Birdman of Alcatraz.
