Everyone has heard of the Blarney Stone but some people may not realize that it actually exists and isn’t a mere myth. It can be found in Blarney Castle, a medieval pile near the city of Cork. The castle originated in 1200, was destroyed in 1446 and re-built. Today, it is a partial ruin but it’s possible to access some rooms and walk on some battlements. No Ireland vacation can be complete without climbing to the top of the castle and kissing the Blarney Stone. Legend has it that this rewards the bearer of the kiss with a way with words or the ability to flatter.

These is a great article i found on www.tents.info So I was staying up at my brother’s hidden cabin last summer. He thinks it’s so cool because it was constructed completely by hand. An Amish group built it for him. Okay, who am I kidding? That is one sweet little cabin.
It has a loft and a wood stove. What else could a nature buff ask for? Anyway, I made certain to bring a few cans of mosquito repellant.
I knew those little devils would be thick up there in the month of July.

Be alert for slippery areas and take your time to avoid tripping. Low-hanging branches and variable terrains make running unsafe, and leaves can hide slippery areas underneath.
Alcohol and cliffs don’t mix! If you drink, stay away from the cliffs. Judgment, agility, and balance are all reduced by alcohol consumption.

Taken from www.tents.info The problem I have with carrying a lot of gear on my back, is my size. I’m quite small and I can’t cope with a heavy backpack. That influences my decision when I’m buying 4 season outdoor tents, because they have to be of reasonable weight as well as high quality. Tent manufacturers are working all the time to improve the materials of all weather tents and try to make them as lightweight as possible. It’s no good however, making them light and compromising on quality. When choosing 4 season tents, it’s best to stick to known brand names that you can trust. I’m always suspicious of a tent that seems like a bargain too good to be true. There’s a reason that it’s so cheap.

Free article taken from www.tents.info My family and I love to go camping in all the seasons. I particularly like going in the Fall, or Autumn as we call it here. There’s a crispness in the air when you get up in the morning, and the leaves are turning into lovely shades of brown, yellow and red. Winter can be fun too, in 4 season tents, when there is a frost on the ground or even snow. A blanket of snow on a tent is the best heating system around. It insulates the heat inside a tent and it’s really very cozy. There’s no need to stay indoors when it’s not Summer. 4 season outdoor tents give you a ticket to travel at any time.
